INFORMATION WE COLLECT: We do not collect any personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. When you purchase something from us through the Site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, including your name, address, email address and credit card information. Like most web sites, we use automatic data collection technology when you visit the Site to record information that identifies your computer, to track your use of the Site, and to collect certain basic information about you and your surfing habits. When you browse our Site and online store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
“Cookies” are small packets of data that a web site stores on your computer’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit. We use session cookies that are deleted when you close your web browser. Our cookies help us to customize your user experience.

Otherwise, we do not share any personal information with third party marketers or other third parties, except that we will disclose, as necessary, personal information to our third party service providers who provide necessary support for our Site and product ordering and shipping fulfilment services.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO NON-U.S. RESIDENTS: The Site is operated and hosted in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any personal information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By providing us with any information, you specifically consent to this transfer. We store your account information on our servers but, as noted, complete
credit card data is received and stored only by our third party service provider. We do not have any
subsidiaries, offices or presence in any European Economic Area (“EEA”) Member State. Please be
aware that the laws of the United States, EEA and other countries all have different data protection
laws. When your data is sent to us in the US, the laws and rules of the US apply. In particular, if your
data is sent to us in the US, it may be accessed by government authorities in accordance with US laws.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ADDITIONAL PRIVACY RIGHTS: Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what (if any) categories of personal information we share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of any personal information shared with third parties that are used for direct marketing purposes and the name and address of the third parties that received such personal information. At present, we do not disclose any such information for such marketing purposes.

California residents are also entitled to notification as to how websites notify users how a site
responds to the Do Not Track (“DNT”) browser setting. At present, we do not use any “tracking”
cookies and do not track your online movement over time and across third party websites outside of
our own site. Our site therefor doesn’t respond to the DNT setting.
